Our Physical Therapist play a vital role in our resident and guest outcomes and overall experience. We are looking for passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to become a part of our facility's compassionate and hospitable care-giving team.

Job Description
We are seeking Oklahoma-licensed Physical Therapists (PTs) to provide telehealth physical therapy services on a temporary basis. This is a great opportunity to pick up additional hours while working from home—no facility-to-facility travel required.

Responsibilities
- Deliver physical therapy services via a secure telehealth platform
- Conduct evaluations, treatments, and patient education remotely

- Collaborate with the care team as needed
Qualifications
- Active Oklahoma license as a PT or PTA (required)
- Comfortable providing care via telehealth
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Reliable internet connection and private workspace
