Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Operate and monitor process control systems to ensure safe, efficient production.
- Lead and support the team in achieving manufacturing and quality goals.
- Train operators, oversee sanitation, and maintain GMP compliance.
- Drive problem-solving, process improvements, and accurate documentation.
- Support audits and uphold safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Monitor product quality through sampling and accurate recordkeeping.
- Communicate maintenance and automation needs to relevant teams.
- Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Assist with equipment assembly, disassembly, and minor mechanical tasks.
- 1 year of experience as a process or packaging operator (preferred).
- Ability to operate complex equipment in an industrial environment.
- Education or training in process control is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting skills using math, science, and technology.
- Comfortable working independently and within a team setting.
- Good judgment and decision-making under pressure.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Experience with advanced process control systems or automation technologies.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to mentor and support team success.
