PRODUCTION OPERATOR / QA TECHNICIAN
Indiana Powder Coatings is a privately owned powder coatings manufacturer. We have immediate openings in our Quality Assurance and Production departments.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals that wish to join our team and become part of a family culture where everyone is valued and respected. These positions will be on our third shift (11PM-7AM) after an initial training period of 4-6 weeks on first shift.
If you meet the following qualifications, we encourage you to apply:
· Stable work history. (Two jobs or less in previous 3 years)
· High attention to detail.
· Ability to stand / walk for 8-hour shift.
· Willingness and ability make independent decisions.
· Able to work cooperatively in a team environment, with a desire to excel.
· Strong math skills. (Quality Assurance position)
· Computer competent with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word. (Quality Assurance position)
· Able to lift 55 pounds on a regular basis. (Production positions)
We offer a starting salary of $20.50 – $23.00 per hour (depending on experience). In addition, there is a $1.50/hr. shift premium for 3rd shift. Our benefits include 12 vacation days per year, 10 paid holidays and Medical/Dental /Short term disability insurance. Our facility is climate controlled with new, state-of-the-art equipment.
