Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of residential electricians
- Plan and manage residential electrical projects from start to finish
- Ensure all work meets NEC codes, safety standards, and quality expectations
- Coordinate scheduling, materials, and labor resources
- Conduct jobsite inspections and provide technical guidance
- Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners and clients
- Maintain safety compliance with OSHA and company policies
- Manage inventory, tools, and materials
- Maintain accurate documentation including permits, work orders, and invoices

Specific Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Residential Electrician
- 2-4 years of supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems and NEC codes
- Ability to read blueprints and electrical plans
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to read, write, and speak English (Bilingual a plus)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Must pass a background check
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to climb ladders, bend, kneel, and work in confined spaces
- Comfortable working at heights and active construction sites
- Single-family residential construction sites
- Outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Exposure to typical construction environments (dust, noise, equipment)
