- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and light commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Ensure all work meets NEC and Oklahoma code requirements
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently
- Supervise and mentor apprentices in the field
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Collaborate with other trades and supervisors to keep projects on track

What You Bring
We’re looking for dependable professionals who take pride in their craft and work well on a team.
- Active Oklahoma Journeyman Electrician License (required)
- 4 years of hands-on electrical experience
- Strong knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate clearly on job sites
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
- Experience in residential, multifamily, or mixed-use construction
- Leadership experience guiding apprentices
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Work on active residential construction sites, both indoors and outdoors
- Comfortable working at heights (ladders, lifts, scaffolding)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
- Frequent standing, bending, climbing, and overhead work
- Exposure to varying weather conditions and fast-paced job environments
- Immediate, stable work with long-term projects in place
