Schedule: 50–58 Hours Per Week (Overtime Available)

We are seeking experienced Journeyman Electricians to join a large-scale data center construction project in Santa Teresa, New Mexico. What You'll Do
- Install, bend, and run EMT conduit (¾" to 4")
- Install cable tray systems and MC cable
- Pull wire and terminate electrical equipment
- Install panelboards, switchgear, and electrical distribution systems
- Install lighting systems and related electrical components
- Read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
- Follow all site safety procedures and company standards
Requirements
- Journeyman Electrician License (New Mexico EE-98J preferred)
- Candidates with licenses from reciprocal states are encouraged to apply
- OSHA 10 Certification required
- Ability to pass: 10-panel drug screen AND Breath alcohol test
- Commercial electrical construction experience
- Ability to work overtime and maintain a strong safety mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Data center experience
- Large commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30 Certification
- Foreman or leadership training
- Experience leading crews or mentoring apprentices

Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 10-hour shifts
- Saturday: 8-hour shift
- Additional overtime opportunities may be available
Important Information
- This position is located in Santa Teresa, NM.
- Candidates must be willing to travel or relocate to the project area.
- No per diem or relocation assistance is available.
- Candidates must be eligible to work through the local union hiring process.
Pay: $55.00 per hour
