Responsibilities
- Assist electricians during rough-in by measuring, cutting, and bending wire using hand and power tools.
- Help install electrical components including outlets, lights, switches, and fixtures.
- Carry, hold, and organize materials required for completing projects.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and licensed electricians.
- Communicate effectively with team members on job sites.
- Report unsafe working conditions or incidents immediately.
- Assist with job site setup and cleanup as needed.

Requirements
Specific Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Must be able to pass background screening and safety training.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to different job sites.
- Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Interest in developing a career in the electrical trade.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb ladders for extended periods.
- Ability to work in tight spaces such as attics and crawl spaces.
- Ability to work overhead and at heights when needed.
- Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
- Work is performed primarily on residential construction job sites.
- Exposure to construction environments, varying weather conditions, dust, and noise.
- Must follow company safety procedures and PPE requirements.
