We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily operations at our Nashville, TN location. This position is responsible for a variety of warehouse functions, including receiving shipments, organizing inventory, preparing orders, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and performing physical tasks throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming deliveries to verify accuracy and condition of items
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for customer delivery or transfer
- Stock materials in designated areas and maintain organized inventory throughout the warehouse
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently, including frequent mounting and dismounting
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness by removing trash, sweeping, and organizing materials
- Prepare shipping labels and documentation for outbound orders
- Ensure products are labeled and stored according to company standards
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed
- Comply with all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE and equipment

Specific Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalency
- 1 years of warehouse experience (preferred)
- Ability to pass all required safety training, background checks, and drug screening
- Valid Texas Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs. regularly
- Forklift certification is a plus
- Self-motivated, punctual, and dependable with strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Willingness to work in varying warehouse conditions (e.g., heat, cold, noise)
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday
- Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, reach, twist, and climb as required for warehouse tasks
- Ability to frequently mount and dismount forklifts and other material handling equipment
- Ability to work in environments with exposure to dust, noise, temperature fluctuations, and moving machinery
- Adequate vision, hearing, and manual dexterity to safely operate equipment and perform job duties
