Electrical Foreman

IES Residential is seeking Jobsite Supervisor (Electrical Foreman) in the Bluffton area who will play a pivotal role in the growth and development of the company. Must have experience as a foreman working on residential multifamily projects. Please note that candidates that apply must be willing to travel!

A successful Electrical Jobsite Supervisor supervises and coordinates the activities of craft workers engaged in the layout, installation, and repair of wiring, electrical fixtures, apparatus, and control equipment. The Supervisor continually motivates their crew in taking ownership and pride in achieving the overall goals of the company.

Qualifations and Experience:

• At least 5 years’ experience as an Electrical Foreman in Multi-Family area
• Must be willling to travel
• Experience with Subcontractors
• A valid driver’s license
• Must always put safety first
• Strong knowledge in QA and QC
• Must be able to pass and comply with all safety training, background check and drug testing requirements
• Ability to read blue prints and accurately interpret construction electrical drawings
• Must be willing to travel
• Must have NEC Code knowlege
