We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Foreman and A Lineman to join our team. Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, including OSHA regulations.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6 for project scheduling and documentation.
- Oversee project budgeting and estimating processes, ensuring that all costs are accurately tracked and managed.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Collaborate with team members to develop detailed project plans, including timelines and resource allocation.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents to guide construction efforts effectively.
- Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical testing and troubleshooting as needed.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding project progress, challenges, and solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction management with a focus on pipeline projects.
- Strong supervisory experience with the ability to lead teams effectively.
- Proficiency in construction management software including HeavyBid, Primavera P6, ProCore, and Bluebeam.
- Familiarity with project scheduling techniques and methodologies.
- Solid understanding of budgeting processes in a construction context.
- Excellent skills in blueprint reading, construction estimating, and quality control measures.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
