Foreman and A Lineman

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Foreman and A Lineman to join our team. This role is essential for overseeing construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and managing project schedules. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction management and a strong understanding of pipeline operations. This position requires a proactive approach to quality control and the ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, including OSHA regulations.
• Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6 for project scheduling and documentation.
• Oversee project budgeting and estimating processes, ensuring that all costs are accurately tracked and managed.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Collaborate with team members to develop detailed project plans, including timelines and resource allocation.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents to guide construction efforts effectively.
• Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical testing and troubleshooting as needed.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding project progress, challenges, and solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction management with a focus on pipeline projects.
• Strong supervisory experience with the ability to lead teams effectively.
• Proficiency in construction management software including HeavyBid, Primavera P6, ProCore, and Bluebeam.
• Familiarity with project scheduling techniques and methodologies.
• Solid understanding of budgeting processes in a construction context.
• Excellent skills in blueprint reading, construction estimating, and quality control measures.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
