About the Rol
ePlan, supervise, and direct the personnel involved in the installation of electrical systems in order to ensure the work is performed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Maintain a culture of safety and quality first. Have a complete understanding of the project design, drawings, specifications, and installation requirements. Work in conjunction with the Project Management Team on material and equipment buyouts, schedules, labor, and tracking. Monitors quality of workmanship on the project and ensures compliance with the project and company standards. Evaluates, mentors, and trains field supervision and tradesmen. Performs takeoffs and pricing for change orders and project related work. Evaluates productivity and schedules and makes the adjustments required to optimize efficiency
