Meet or Exceed sales objectives of assigned territory, by promoting and selling IEI
through professional sales techniques, product services, and long-term customer
relationships.
Responsibilities of the role:
- Hunting for new business from both new and existing customers.
- Responsible for researching, identifying, and generating new opportunities weekly using incoming demand generation tools, cold mapping phone calls, social media platforms, and email.
- Building, qualifying, and managing an accurate and growing sales funnel.
- Achieve maximum sales in assigned territory through reseller, System integrators, distributors, sales reps, and end users.
- Close collaboration with assigned project manager in the development of account strategies, and demand generation activities required in both geographical territories as well as target vertical markets.
- Close collaboration with assigned inside sales and technical support engineers to assist in ensuring your accounts receive exemplary customer service.
- Close Collaboration with the marketing team on planning and execution of dedicated marketing and sales campaigns which lead to new demand generation activities within iEi.
- Prepare Quotations and review Proposals (from PM) for Project Business
- Review and follow through on Business Contracts with the Legal Department. Business Contracts should consist of managing shipping schedules, Excess inventory liability, and EOL management.
- Travel as required within the territory (generally 25-40%)
- Prepare and conduct training and educational seminars for distributors, partners, SI, and resellers.
- Prepare written presentations, reports, and price quotations.
- Negotiate delivery, availability, warranty, and pricing
- Continually learn new product knowledge and acquire better selling skills.
- Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues, products, and markets for IPC.
- Attend and participate in sales meetings, product seminars, and trade shows.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, and related sales field preferred
- 1-2 Years Experience in a sales or project manager position
- Good to have experience in Computer Hardware-Related Field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to use MS
Office/Salesforce tools as part of detailed reporting requirements.
- Must to be bilingual in Chinese and English
- Working location: Pomona, CA, in-person only.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
