Overview for the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer: \* Develop,
configure, and maintain AEM templates to support a large-scale content
migration initiative. \* Design and implement reusable AEM components
and templates using AEM best practices. \* Collaborate with
cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, architects,
developers, and QA to deliver high-quality solutions. \* Troubleshoot
and resolve AEM template and application issues throughout project
lifecycles. \* Mentor team members on AEM standards, development
practices, and technical documentation. Requirements for the Adobe
Experience Manager (AEM) Developer: \* Hands-on experience developing
templates and components in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 6.x. \*
Strong understanding of AEM Forms, Sling, OSGi, Java Content Repository
(JCR), and Dispatcher architecture. \* Experience developing with Java,
J2EE, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. \* Familiarity with modern front-end
development frameworks. \* Experience using collaboration and
development tools such as Jira, Subversion (SVN), and SharePoint.
