Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Application Analyst:
Implement and support integrated solutions managed by Information Services.
Provide expert technical and functional support for Lawson V10 and related systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring system stability through root-cause analysis.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate operational processes into system requirements.
Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation and training materials.
Required Skills for Application Analyst:
Hands-on experience with Lawson V10 in an on-prem, DB2, Unix environment.
Strong understanding of ERP business processes within finance and supply chain.
Ability to operate independently as a Level 3 analyst while collaborating with a team.
Advanced troubleshooting and configuration skills in legacy ERP systems.
Excellent documentation and communication abilities.
