Responsibilities
- Support senior researchers in planning and executing qualitative and quantitative research studies.
- Assist in conducting user interviews, surveys, and usability testing for biometric and digital identity applications.
- Document and synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights that inform design and product direction.
- Help maintain a centralized repository of research data, insights, and user personas.
- Participate in collaborative workshops with designers and developers to align research insights with UX goals.
- Support accessibility and usability testing to ensure compliance with Section 508 and other accessibility standards.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends in biometric and identity verification products.
- Assist with the creation of research plans, interview guides, and test scripts.
- Help improve research documentation and process consistency across the UX team.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Cognitive Science, Design, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of UX research methodologies (interviews, usability testing, surveys, A/B testing, etc.).
- Familiarity with tools such as Figma, UserTesting, Qualtrics, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to summarize findings clearly.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Interest in biometric technologies, accessibility, and ethical UX design practices.
- Experience with data synthesis and visualization (e.g., Miro, FigJam, Excel, Notion, Confluence) is a plus.
- Passion for learning and contributing to a multidisciplinary team environment.
