Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Operations Manager to lead and optimize our operational processes. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless daily operations, driving efficiency, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills and a proven ability to manage complex operations in a fast-paced environment.
Oversee Daily Operations: Manage and coordinate activities related to the production of goods and services, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively to maximize productivity and minimize costs, while ensuring that all departments work cohesively towards the company's objectives.
Process Improvement: Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and quality of service, continuously seeking ways to improve processes.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor team members, fostering a positive work environment that encourages productivity and employee engagement.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies, managing risks associated with operations.
Performance Evaluation: Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth, evaluating and improving operational and financial performance.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance, to ensure alignment and support for organizational goals.
Qualifications
Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years Prior experience in management or leadership roles, with a strong understanding of business operations and financial management.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
The US base salary range for this position is $112,130.00 - $140,171.00 bonus benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the compensation target for the role across all US locations. Individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
