Position Summary
ADHS needs to support several Sharepoint projects over the next few months while other resources are working to implement our BHS Compliance initiative. The projects below will need immediate attention, and require expert Sharepoint knowledge.
The projects to be implemented are:
-HSD Form Automation
-Modifications to BNPA Form Automation
-Modifications to Performance Management Application Version 2
Qualifications
• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or other related field
• 5 years Sharepoint Administration
• Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills
• 3 years Sharepoint project lead
Knowledge and Skills
• Possess extensive experience with Sharepoint 2010, and SharePoint PerformancePoint experience
• Demonstrated leadership, planning, organizing, communications, and analytical skills needed to effectively guide and support the project team and stakeholders on EHR system implementation.
• Possess extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices, process redesign methods and tools, and change management techniques.
• Possess strong verbal and written communications skills and the demonstrated ability to clearly present complex information and ideas to diverse groups.

• Web Services
• In Depth SharePoint knowledge (ie. service applications, Web applications, Timer Jobs, ULS Logs)
• Infrastructure automation
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory
• Basic understanding of windows security
• Basic understanding of IIS
• Documentation of product implementation

• Develop and monitor project plans including identification and mitigation of issues and risks.
• Develop strategies to effectively communicate across all organizational levels. Facilitate meetings as required (project management, user groups, technical, Executive Steering Committee, etc.). Report on project status on a regular basis to stakeholders.
