Job Description
- PeopleSoft Analyst for development and production support along with development support for BAU requests.
- Hold meetings with Business users, gather the business needs to transform them into functional requirements.
- Elaborate Project Charters to define the initial scope of the projects or enhancements.
- Prototype screens to model the expected behavior from the Business users.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a BA/Functional Analyst in Peoplesoft.
- Must have good communication skills and is able to make decisions on their own. Strong working knowledge of PeopleSoft and implementation projects experience. experience.
- Must have experience in PeopleSoft HRMS version 8.9 9.1 , Payroll Interface, Talent Acquisition Management.
- Self-motivated and willing to work independently with exquisite attention to detail.
