Service Sales Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage in outside sales, manage key accounts, and develop new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a customer-centric approach, and experience in B2B/B2C sales.Duties• Conduct outside sales activities to identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.• Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities.• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and marketing initiatives to expand the customer base.• Utilize CRM software• Maximize coverage and sales growth across designated regions.• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close deals that meet company objectives.• Collaborate with marketing teams to implement campaigns that support lead generation efforts.• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.• Engage in inside sales activities when necessary, including follow-up calls and schedule walk-through appointmentsSkills• Proven experience in outside sales, B2B and B2C sales.• Expertise in, lead generation, and direct sales techniques such as cold calling.• Excellent negotiation skills coupled with a customer service mindset to foster long-term relationships.• Effective communication skills for engaging clients via phone, email, or face-to-face meetings.• Knowledge of marketing strategies that support sales growth and brand positioning.
