Duties
- Conduct outside sales activities to identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.
- Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and marketing initiatives to expand the customer base.
- Deliver product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs, highlighting features and benefits.
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer information, and analyze sales data.
- Develop strategic territory plans to maximize coverage and sales growth across designated regions.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close deals that meet company objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement campaigns that support lead generation efforts.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Engage in inside sales activities when necessary, including follow-up calls and virtual meetings with prospects.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B and B2C sales.
- Expertise in business development, lead generation, and direct sales techniques such as cold calling.
