Responsibilities:
Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and using the bathroom
Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry
Support clients with mobility and ambulation issues, including transferring, lifting, and repositioning
Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervisors and healthcare providers
Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients, including managing medication and supplies
Collaborate with healthcare providers and other care team members to ensure comprehensive care
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families

Requirements:
