Ideal Home Care Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide (HHA)/PCA - Live-In Caregiver to join our team! As a live-in caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients by providing high-quality, in-home care services.
About the Role:
As a Home Health Aide (HHA)/PCA - Live-In Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing direct care to our clients in their homes. This includes, but is not limited to:
Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Providing medication management and administration
Assisting with meals and snacks
Maintaining a safe and clean environment
Providing emotional support and companionship
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, in-home care services to our clients, including assistance with daily living activities and personal care
Monitor and report any changes in client condition to the nurse and other healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
Provide emotional support and companionship to clients and their families
Assist with household tasks and errands as needed
Requirements:
Current Home Health Aide (HHA) certification or equivalent PCA certification
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to pass a background check and obtain any necessary clearances
