Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients’ physical abilities and limitations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
- Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities to promote patient recovery.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to optimize care.
- Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation goals, techniques, and at-home exercises.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments and treatments.
- Stay informed on industry best practices and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- Valid and unrestricted Physical Therapist license.
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a clinical rehabilitation setting is a plus.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
