Physical Therapist:

What You'll Be Doing:

• Conduct assessments to create personalized rehabilitation programs.
• Provide high-quality physical therapy treatments and interventions.
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary care team to enhance patient outcomes.
• Educate and motivate residents to take an active role in their rehabilitation journey.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
• Supervising an amazing group of PTAs.

What We’re Looking For:

• Current Physical Therapy license in the state of Oregon.
• Passion for working in a skilled nursing facility.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
• Ability to inspire and motivate patients toward their recovery goals.

Requirements:

Education

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate Degree from a college or university with an accredited Physical Therapy program. 

Licenses/Certification

• Current Physical Therapist license in the state employed.
• Current CPR certification.

Experience

• Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.

$2326 includes taxable hourly rate plus meals and lodging stipend.
