Speech Language Pathologist

Your Role:

• Conduct assessments and provide speech therapy interventions for residents with communication, swallowing, and cognitive needs.
• Create individualized therapy plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary care team.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and strategies to enhance speech and swallowing function.
• Celebrate each milestone with residents as they work toward their goals!

What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and valid Oregon state license.
• Passion for helping others improve their quality of life.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• A sense of humor, a big heart, and a love for coastal living!

Requirements

Education: 

• Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Language Pathology required.

Licenses/Certification: 

• Current license in Speech Language Therapy as required by state law.
• Valid CPR certification required.

Experience: 

• Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred. 

Total hours may vary (approx. 40 hours)
