The Software/Solution Architect will lead the technical and functional design of solutions for enterprise applications, driving innovation, enhancement, and integration of cloud-based platforms for our FinTech company. You'll design scalable, secure, and cutting-edge solutions aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement event-driven microservices and containerized applications using Kubernetes.
- Leverage Azure to build and manage scalable cloud-native solutions.
- Address complex IT architecture challenges, mitigate risks, and optimize costs.
- Align architecture strategies with enterprise goals and emerging trends.
- Proactively manage security, performance, and scalability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Strong skills with either .NET or Java and Azure.
- 7 years in solution and enterprise architecture, with expertise in microservices, API design, and event-driven systems.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Azure.
- Strong background in agile methodologies and SaaS applications.
- Financial services experience preferred.
- Onsite work required at least 3 days a week (Plano, Texas).
