We have been retained by our client in northwest Dallas to deliver a Sales Manager to work on a regular full-time, direct hire basis on a Hybrid schedule, 3 days a week in the office, 2 days a week from home. We seek candidates interested in selling software development projects to Mortgage Industry clients. The Most Qualified candidate will have experience selling software projects to Mortgage Industry clients, however we also like experience selling software projects to fintech, financial, banking, or lending industries.
The Sales Manager hired will work with the CEO and team members of this smaller software development project consulting company, and will have access to onshore and offshore resources, to deploy into the projects you sell. You will find, develop relationships with, and work with mortgage industry clients’ technical leadership to provide state of the art technologies, data, app dev, AI and software development projects. We seek an executive interested in and responsible for all revenue-generating activities including aligning the sales, marketing, and customer success team members to a unified commercial strategy to drive growth and profitability with mortgage industry clients you find and develop. The role focuses on capitalizing within the dynamic mortgage market that is increasingly prioritizing the value of well thought-out digital solutions, automation, and data analytics. Create a comprehensive strategy for sustainable growth by aligning sales, marketing, and business development efforts. This includes setting revenue targets for yourself and developing long-term plans to achieve them. Ensure an efficient and effective customer acquisition process. Oversee the implementation of technology to make the mortgage process more efficient for clients. Provide the sales, marketing, and customer success. Use data analytics to inform yourself of how to answer strategic decisions.Analyze market trends. Manage the customer success client process. The Sales Manager bridges between these functions (marketing, sales, client onboarding, client success) to ensure a seamless customer journey from initial engagement to retention and growth. You will provide tangible value to the prospective mortgage industry clients. Your sales abilities in and your knowledge of the mortgage industry is needed, however we also want to know about your experience in software projects for or with financial services enterprises, or fintech product companies, especially mortgage lenders. You will work directly with Director, and VP level contacts, but also the C-level.
Requirements:
you will be working onsite 3 days a week in Northwest Dallas. Residence in the Dallas – Fort Worth metroplex is required. You will work with this leadership and a small team of dedicated software engineering resources working Monday through Friday with regular work weeks.
We are seeking a leader with strong communication skills across cross-functional teams, who is data driven, with fintech or mortgage industry domain experience, and a plus if some digital transformation projects in the mortgage industry is a huge plus. Data, AI, app development, all a plus.

Employment Type: Regular Full-Time employment
Salary Range: $119,000 - 120,000 per year, base salary plus Commission OTE = $150K first year
$200K first year is possible, if your sales are above OTE, which is possible the first year.
The base salary is $120K max
