What You’ll Do
- Design and refine user interfaces for digital banking, payments, and financial services platforms (web and mobile).
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that bring product ideas to life.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to understand customer behaviors in financial applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless, compliant, and secure user experiences.
- Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines, responsive across devices, and ADA/accessibility compliant.
- Stay current with FinTech design trends, tools, and best practices.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2 years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio (FinTech, SaaS, or mobile-first apps a plus).
- Proficiency with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Familiarity with design systems, responsive frameworks, and user flows in financial services.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to balance creativity with attention to detail and usability.
