Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners through networking and outreach activities
- Meet with clients both in-person and on-site to understand their event objectives and vision
- Design event layouts and prepare detailed, customized proposals tailored to client needs
- Guide clients from initial inquiry through to the successful execution of their events
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless event planning and delivery
- Assist in the planning and execution of large community events and vendor partnerships
- Stay informed about industry trends and local venues to provide knowledgeable recommendations
- At least 1 year of experience in events, hospitality, or a client-facing sales role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying and resolving issues
- Comfortable with sales conversations and event logistics
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
- Willingness to work some evenings and weekends as required by event schedules
- Proficient with computers and able to learn new systems quickly
- Valid driver’s license
- Familiarity with Treasure Valley venues is a plus
$16 - $20 per hour base pay plus monthly sales commission. This is a full-time position with typical hours on weekdays and rotating Saturdays, with occasional evenings and weekends depending on event schedules.
