Idaho Residential Habilitation is seeking a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) to join our team in Rexburg and Idaho Falls!
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and manage individualized service plans (ISPs) that reflect person-centered goals and outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with staff and individuals to provide effective, supportive services.
- Ensure full compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, reports, and assessments with accuracy and timeliness.
- Act as a primary liaison among individuals, families, and care teams.
- Plan, coordinate, and participate in community outreach and networking initiatives.
- Advocate for individuals to promote inclusion, independence, and overall quality of life.
- Work independently and as part of a team to deliver exceptional, person-focused care.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, psychology, or a related field (REQUIRED).
- At least one year of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly motivated and adaptable, with the ability to excel in a team-oriented setting.
- Passionate about advocacy and service.
- Experience in program development, planning, and implementation.
- Ability to pass a background check
Willing to work in our Rexburg and Idaho Falls locations
Job Type: Full-time
Base Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
