State of Idaho Opportunity

Closing Date: Open until filled.

Start Date: To be determined upon hire.

Salary: Starting at $90,000, DOE.

Location: Boise, Idaho. As Idaho’s capital, Boise offers a rich variety of both cultural and recreational opportunities.

Primary Duties: Successful applicant will handle litigation-related legal work on behalf of the Tax Commission. The attorney will also provide legal advice on matters that arise during the day-to-day business of the Tax Commission, including assistance with the promulgation of rules, advising on open meeting law and proposed legislation, and addressing issues of statutory interpretation. The DAG will also perform other legal duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications: Active Idaho State Bar license.

Preferred Qualifications: Two years of experience.
