The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) is recruiting for a Financial Specialist with exceptional customer service skills located at our Headquarters location in Boise.

EXAMPLE OF DUTIES

  • Reconcile financial transactions involving ITD and Statewide accounting systems

  • Review and resolve system errors in Idaho Transportation Department systems

  • Collaborate with team members and end users to identify and resolve financial issues

  • Provide policy and procedures training involving payable transactions

  • Provide Customer Service to internal and external users of ITD Financial Systems and payments

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Good knowledge of:

  • Accounting principles and practices

  • May require auditing coursework or experience working as an auditor

Notice: This position requires a criminal background investigation before a final job offer is made. Due to the nature of this position, this role requires on-site attendance. Remote work is not considered.
