Job Summary

This position involves overseeing the periodic financial consolidation process, managing the reporting system, and guaranteeing the precision and compliance of financial statements, disclosures, and internal reports according to U.S. accounting principles. The role offers technical accounting guidance, acts as a main contact for external auditors, and partners closely with leadership to maintain robust processes and support financial objectives.

Job Duties

• Lead the enterprise financial consolidation, including inter-entity adjustments.
• Perform analytical review of combined financial statements to identify trends.
• Serve as the system owner for the financial consolidation platform, managing configuration.
• Oversee the global chart of accounts and ensure ERP system integrations.
• Assist in the evaluation and deployment of new reporting software solutions.
• Prepare regulatory filings and management reports with comprehensive disclosures.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Active CPA licensure.
• 5 years in progressive accounting roles, preferably public accounting or technical accounting and financial reporting/
• Expertise in US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and SEC reporting guidelines.
