Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily manufacturing operations and adjust plans as needed
- Drive safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance (SPQRCE focus)
- Lead teams, manage performance, resolve conflict, and drive accountability
- Oversee production, quality inspections, problem-solving, and built in quality initiatives
- Manage change and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of managerial experience
- Experience leading people, solving complex problems, and making decisions
- Strong interpersonal and conflict-management skills
- Basic computer skills (email, Word, typing)
- Willingness to work rotating shifts and weekends
- Military background is a plus
- Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement (CIP), TIP
- Automotive or manufacturing experience
- Union environment supervision
- Supply Chain or Quality experience
- Built in Quality initiatives, DFSS/Red X certification
- Knowledge of timekeeping systems
