Job Summary
Production Test Technicians are responsible for testing and validating the performance of manufactured Skids, Cartridges, Oil Reservoirs, and Electrical Control Boxes. This team ensures product safety, compliance, and functionality before customer delivery, while capturing critical test data for engineering and production teams.
Responsibilities
Test manufactured products for safety, capacity, compliance, and performance
Examine and investigate product components to identify issues or improvements
Collect and compile testing data to share with engineering, project, and quality teams
Follow quality guidance during testing and maintain accurate logs (e.g., Safe Work Permits, hydrotest logs)
Maintain testing areas with good housekeeping practices and adherence to 5S standards
Ensure all testing tools and equipment are kept in proper working condition
Operate forklifts and other machinery as needed for testing and movement of materials
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate Degree preferred
Mechanical aptitude and orientation; experience with electrical or mechanical testing preferred
Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team environment
Physically fit to lift and operate heavy electrical machinery
Experience with high-pressure and/or high-voltage systems a plus
Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
Basic computer skills (email, forms, data entry)
Forklift experience preferred
Salary : $30 - $37
