Role Overview

This is a dynamic warehouse and forklift position perfect for those who enjoy "busy work" and staying on the move. In this role, you will be responsible for handling reusable materials, separating them for processing, and ensuring the production environment stays efficient.
Key Responsibilities
- Material Processing: Handle reusable materials and separate them for specialized processing.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Perform essential floor work, including breaking down boxes, stacking pallets, and sorting various recyclable materials.
- Equipment Operation: Use forklifts to move products or materials through a busy warehouse environment.
- Tugger Operation: Operate tugger equipment once certified through our internal training program.
- Inventory Documentation: Accurately record the amounts of materials or items received and distributed.
- Equipment Care: Maintain all machinery in a safe and clean manner and promptly report any necessary service requests.
- Team Collaboration: Assist in all areas of the warehouse as needed; we are a team where everyone helps everyone.
- Safety Compliance: Strictly follow all safety rules, operating instructions, and company procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience: No previous experience is necessary! We are looking for candidates with a strong willingness to learn.
- Certifications: Forklift or Tugger certifications are NOT required to start—we provide all necessary training and certification on-site.
- Attitude: Must have a positive attitude, a strong sense of responsibility, and be a dedicated team player.
- Physical Requirements: Must be willing and able to perform all work tasks associated with a busy warehouse floor.
