We’re looking for a sharp, highly motivated Supply Growth Manager to own and scale supply growth across the United States. This is a W2 contract position based in Chicago, combining strategic ownership with hands‑on, in‑market execution.

- Location: Chicago, IL 60607 (Hybrid)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Work from home Mondays & Fridays
- Employment Type: W2 Contract
- Pay Rate: $65.86–$73.35/hour
What you’ll do:
Hands‑on, in‑market execution
- Travel to cities across the US to engage directly with drivers, couriers, and potential drivers
- Identify on‑the‑ground supply growth levers and provide qualitative feedback to improve marketplace management
- Act as a key connector between field realities and central teams
Dashboarding & growth lever building
- Build and own dashboards to track supply growth performance
- Design, test, and scale growth levers such as CRM campaigns and incentive programs
- Use data to drive iteration and measurable impact
Cross‑functional collaboration
- Partner with internal teams managing supply‑related initiatives
- Understand how teams operate and identify opportunities to leverage existing tools and processes
- Influence stakeholders and drive alignment across functions
Strategy & planning
- Collaborate with US and EMEA teams to design the operational strategy and setup for supply growth
- Translate strategy into executable plans with clear KPIs and outcomes
What you’ll need:
- 3 years of experience in strategy, operations, or project management
- Backgrounds may include technology, management consulting, investment banking, or marketplace operations
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience working across large, matrixed organizations
- Strong problem‑solving ability, including building frameworks for ambiguous, non‑standard challenges
- A hands‑on, execution‑focused mindset
- Experience identifying, improving, and scaling operational processes
- Data‑driven decision‑making skills with strong business judgment
- Experience analyzing data required; SQL experience is a plus
- Clear, confident communicator—comfortable sharing insights with senior audiences
- Strong planning, organization, and prioritization skills
- Creative, solutions‑oriented mentality with an “anything is possible” attitude
- BA or MA required - Preferred fields: Economics, Business, Management, Engineering
