What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Manager position at ICON Consultants, LP?
The Account Manager is responsible for our existing client accounts with their staffing business. The clients are established, the ideal candidate will develop and foster the relationship with the client and our recruiting team. Work closing with the HR/Onboarding group on new hires. Competitive Salary with commission and 100% paid health insurance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Primary point of contact and/or escalation point for accounts within portfolio
- Develops/Implements approved business plans for assigned account to maintain/expand sales.
- Work closely with clients to fill their contract roles. You will be the daily point of contact
- Ensures contractual compliance
- Builds and maintains subject matter expertise on industry trends, market activities and competitor strategies.
- Recommends and assists with implementing service offering improvements.
- Assesses the effectiveness of strategies and recommends changes and best practices.
- Produces and analyzes account management and sales forecasts and other related reports.
- Provides guidance and coaching to new or less experienced team members as requested.
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with a minimum of two (2) years of account management or recruiting
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS:
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize Customer Relationship Management Systems and/or related tools.
- Understanding of onboarding processes and requirements as it pertains but not limited to pre-employment checks, FSLA, I9 requirements, everify, etc.
- Knowledge of Applicant tracking systems such as Fieldglass, Beeline, IQN, and others to perform necessary tracking, reporting, timekeeping, and invoicing.
Salary : $40,000 - $50,000
