📝 Job Summary

Under direct supervision, the Administrative Assistant provides general administrative support to a department or group of professionals. Responsibilities include gathering data, assisting with special projects, and performing general office duties as assigned while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative and clerical support, including correspondence, mailing, scanning, faxing, copying, and maintaining filing systems
• Assist with the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
• Manage calendars; schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Maintain office supplies for the department
• Process payment requests, purchase orders, and travel documentation
• Perform all other duties as assigned
