Position Overview

Become a tech education rockstar who ignites passion for coding and technology in the next generation! As our instructor, you'll connect personally with each student, providing individualized guidance while creating an atmosphere of innovation and creativity. You'll be the spark that transforms curious minds into confident tech enthusiasts!

No previous teaching or coding experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive training on all materials and projects. Some classes use intuitive block-based coding while others explore different technology platforms - all designed to be engaging and accessible.

Your mission: Create an exhilarating learning environment where students can't wait to come back! You'll guide them through iCode's innovative programs while fostering their individual growth and technological curiosity.

Classes are held throughout the Renton area during our SUMMER SESSIONS. Reliable transportation is essential to join our mobile tech education team!

Qualifications

• Bring your enthusiasm, outgoing personality, and stellar people skills!
• Dependable team player with summer availability
• 1 year programming experience (preferred, but passion can compensate!)
• Comfort with Apple technology
• Exceptional communication abilities
• Genuine enjoyment working with K-12 students
• Sharp problem-solving instincts
• Boundless passion for technology and learning
