- The Project Manager shall be responsible for planning and overseeing and coordinating projects.
- Project Managers will monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way.
- The Project Manager must have a general understanding and knowledge of the Microsoft computing environment.
Required:
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- IT Infrastructure Library Certification
- Ability to lead project teams and foster a collaborative environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage project timelines and deadlines.
- Proficient in identifying issues and developing effective solutions.
- Ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
- Strong budgeting and financial management skills.
- Skilled in negotiating with stakeholders to resolve conflicts and secure resources.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and environments.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello).
- Keen attention to detail to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
- Must have a general understanding and knowledge of the Microsoft computing environment and possess good oral and written communication skill.
- 3 years of experience managing personnel and processes in an IT enterprise environment.
