Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
- Collect, analyze, and report on sales data to provide insights to management.

- Maintain and enhance CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring data accuracy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor compliance with sales policies, pricing, and discount structures.
- Conduct regular business reviews and recommend improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales Operations or a related role.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), Excel, and/or BI tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Results-driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
