- Develop and execute marketing plans to support business goals and brand growth.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, SEM, and email campaigns.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Operations) to implement marketing initiatives.
- Plan and execute brand events, trade shows, and promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility.
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure positive ROI.
- Generate regular marketing reports, evaluate performance, and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing; FMCG or multinational experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, etc.).
- Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Results-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
