The Human Resources (HR) Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the HR department's operations by assisting with various HR functions, including onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, payroll, and record-keeping. The HR Coordinator acts as a resource for employees, providing information and support related to HR policies, procedures, and processes.
- Provide support for payroll processing, including data entry, report generation, timesheet adjustments
- Answering employee questions, addressing concerns, and providing general HR support.
- Assisting with benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations, and providing information to employees about benefits.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and HRIS data.
- Ensuring HR practices comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Providing general administrative support to the HR department, such as scheduling meetings, managing files, and preparing reports.
- Assist with the onboarding process; process I-9 documents and new hire paperwork, and ensure all necessary documents are processed and entered into the HRIS system accurately.
- Manage temp requests including liaising with staffing agencies, handling timecards, invoices, requests, and cancellations.
- Pay rate: $25-$27 per hour
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred, not required
- 1 years of direct or related experience
- Bilingual in Spanish and English are required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HR software and systems.
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly motivated team player with an outgoing and positive work attitude

Salary : $25 - $27
