  • Demonstrates strong independence and is comfortable working autonomously, making clinical decisions, and managing a busy patient load.
  • Possesses excellent soft skills to build trust, foster lasting patient relationships, and grow both their personal patient panel and the clinic’s census.
  • Is mission-driven, passionate about medicine, and dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver comprehensive primary care services to adult patients, focusing on prevention, wellness, and chronic disease management.
  • Build and retain strong relationships with patients, emphasizing compassionate care and cultural sensitivity.
  • Independently manage a busy schedule while maintaining exceptional quality of care.
  • Use your communication skills and cultural understanding to provide care that meets the needs of a bilingual, diverse patient population.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of care for all patients.
  • Actively contribute to growing the clinic census by maintaining patient satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications:
  • Bilingual: Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese and English is required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine settings.
  • Education & Certification: Active licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) in California. National certification is required.
  • Soft Skills: A proven ability to build trust, foster long-term patient relationships, and contribute to patient retention and clinic growth.
  • Work Ethic: A history of reliability, flexibility, and going above and beyond for patients and your team.
  • Passion for Excellence: Strong clinical judgment, time management skills, and a dedication to delivering outstanding patient care.
