What are the responsibilities and job description for the Search Engine Optimization Specialist position at IBP?
Salary Range: $60,000–$70,000 per year
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and implement SEO strategies for product resources and individual sites.
- Analyze the competitive environment and market to identify new opportunities and growth points.
- Continuously monitor rankings and adapt strategy according to changes in search engine algorithms and technical aspects of promoted resources.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and prepare technical recommendations.
- Optimize content and create recommendations.
- Develop an internal linking strategy to improve site structure and user experience.
- Analyze key metrics using analytical tools to monitor the performance and effectiveness of implemented strategies.
- Manage and adhere to allocated budgets for SEO activities.
- Develop and implement Local SEO strategies using tools including Google Business Manager and Yext.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in SEO management
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and schema markup at a level necessary for conducting audits and providing technical optimization recommendations
- Experience with WordPress or similar content management systems (CMS), Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO research tools like SEMRush and Screaming Frog
- Extreme attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with websites with complex architecture, satellite sites, and successful cases of promoting highly competitive queries
- Innovative, proactive and entrepreneurial approach
- Proven ability to function seamlessly within a team
