_{Key Responsibilities:}

• _{Process and manage payroll for all employees}
• _{Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including job costing, prevailing wage, and certified payroll reports}
• _{Maintain and update payroll records}
• _{Handle payroll inquiries and resolve any discrepancies}
• _{Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations}
• _{Prepare and submit certified payroll reports}
• _{Collaborate with HR and accounting departments to ensure accuracy and efficiency}

_{Preferred Qualifications:}

• _{Experience in construction payroll}
• _{Strong understanding of job costing, prevailing wage, and certified payroll reports}
• _{Proficiency in payroll software and the Microsoft Office Suite}
• _{Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills}
• _{Ability to handle confidential information with integrity}
• _{Strong communication and problem-solving skills}
• _{Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations}

Schedule: Monday–Friday 

Pay: $18-$23 per hour

 The position requires a drug test to be completed, contingent upon employment, and a background check if applicable.
