Iberia Foods first started in 1930 with a diverse portfolio of leading brands from the Caribbean and Latin America. We service over 12,000 supermarkets, club stores, wholesalers and independent retailers. We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individual to join our Massachusett team and play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

The salary for this position is $17 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Administrative Support:
• Provide general administrative support
• Communication:
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
• Handle incoming customer service calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
• Organization and Filing:
• Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records.
• Files information accurately both hard copy and electronically
• Data Entry:
• Accurate and timely data entry into relevant systems.
• Reviews and handles invoices
• Team Collaboration:
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
• Support colleagues with various tasks as needed.
  
  

Position Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent with proven experience as an office assistant or in a relevant administrative role or any combination of experience and education will be considered
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
