Compensation: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Porter to maintain cleanliness and order throughout the facility. The Porter will be responsible for cleaning designated areas inside and outside the building, including restrooms, the lunchroom, loading docks, and areas beneath storage racks.

Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including sinks, toilets, and floors.
- Maintain cleanliness in the lunchroom, including wiping surfaces, mopping floors, and emptying trash bins.
- Sweep, mop, and remove debris from the loading docks and surrounding exterior areas.
- Clean under and around storage racks to ensure a safe and tidy work environment.
- Collect and dispose of waste and recyclables in all designated areas.
- Replenish restroom and lunchroom supplies as needed.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
Qualifications, Experience, And Physical Requirements
- Prior custodial or janitorial experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and stay on task with minimal supervision.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual labor.
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- On-the-job training.

- Eligibility for full free family medical coverage after the first 90 days of employment, once you join the union.
- 401k retirement program - you are eligible to enroll after 90 days of continuous employment and it is effective on the 1st of the following month.
- Paid Holidays: 9 per year, which includes a day off for your birthday and one personal day.
- After 1 year of continuous service..... 1 week vacation (5 days)
- After 3 years of continuous service.... 2 weeks vacation (10 days)
- After 10 years of continuous service... 3 weeks vacation (15 days)
- After 25 years of continuous service....4 weeks vacation (20 days)
- Sick/Personal Days: Accrue 1 hour for every 30 hours worked; up to a maximum of 7 days per year.

Salary : $16 - $19
