Job Summary

The Blow Mold Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining blow molding equipment to produce high-quality plastic bottles for beverage production. This role ensures consistent product quality, minimizes downtime, and supports a safe and efficient work environment.

Compensation

Pay Rate: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

FLSA Classification: Non-exempt (Eligible for overtime compensation.)

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor blow molding machines.
• Inspect bottles to meet quality standards and make necessary adjustments.
• Perform routine maintenance and report equipment issues.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies.

Position Requirements

Work Schedule

• Day & Night shifts, including availability for various hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in blow molding or manufacturing Required
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
